We have some exciting news to share today about the TripAdvisor Android app. After launching less than a year ago, we’re proud to announce that we’ve reached more than one million downloads worldwide for our free Android app. Thanks to all of our members who have used the TripAdvisor app to plan and have the perfect trip!
We first launched our Android app in July 2010 to give travelers access to TripAdvisor’s more than 45 million reviews and opinions of hotels, restaurants, and attractions while on the go. In addition, the TripAdvisor app allows travelers to find cheap flights fast, ask questions in the TripAdvisor forums, and find nearby places using “Near Me Now.”
