Airline Ratings Page Launches on TripAdvisor Flights

Earlier this year, TripAdvisor introduced a whole new way for you to get candid feedback on airlines with the launch of airline ratings on TripAdvisor Flights. Now, we’ve created an easy way for you to view this feedback on airlines around the world with our new airline ratings page.

The airline ratings page includes all of the feedback submitted by travelers like you for the carriers found on TripAdvisor Flights. You can access ratings on airlines across eight different aspects of the flight experience, including reasonableness of fees, baggage handling, check-in experience, in-flight amenities, in-flight service, punctuality, seat comfort, and value.

You can now access airline ratings right from the TripAdvisor Flights main page.

You can also give the page a quick browse to see what percentage of travelers recommend each airline, view each carrier’s overall rating on a scale of one to five, and add airline ratings of your own by clicking on the “Rate this airline” link.

To view the new airline ratings page, just click on the link below the flight search box on the main TripAdvisor Flights page. As always, you can also access airline ratings while conducting a flight search on TripAdvisor Flights by simply hovering over the carrier’s name in the search results or by taking a peek at the filters in the lefthand column.
